Certification Course for Green Mark Manager
This 4-1/2 day programme aims to provide an overview to Green Mark scheme. It covers the legislative framework, its criteria and the underlying performance standards as well as the assessment system. A special focus will be placed on green technologies; types available, the methods of identifying, evaluating and selecting cost effective solutions and technologies towards better building performance and higher GM scores.
The course will also touch on issues related to the integration of passive designs, co-operation between disciplines in the design, and optimising of energy use in buildings. There will be case studies and presentations to encourage individual as well as small group participation.
