Objectives

The Build it Green Club is set up by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and aims to achieve the following objectives:

• To nurture green building advocates among youths
• To promote greater awareness and understanding of green buildings among students and the academic community
• To inculcate a strong green culture among future professionals in the building and construction industry

Activities and Benefits

Members of the Build it Green Club will get exclusive invitations to club activities relating to green buildings.

• Learn more about green building policies and technologies through talks and workshops by industry practitioners
• Visit exemplary BCA Green Mark buildings and understand how green building design and technologies work
• Opportunity for internship with BCA
• Opportunity to be our student ambassadors and be involved in BCA’s community outreach activities and international events related to a sustainable built environment
  

Eligibility

If you meet the following criteria, we welcome you to join the Build it Green Club!

• Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
• Age 15 - 24 years
• Have a keen interest in green building design and technologies
