“Green Shots”, BCA Green Mark Photography Competition 2011 is the first of its kind photography competition to be held in Singapore.  Organised by BCA, in partnership with the Photographic Society of Singapore, the competition will be presented in an online mosaic format where participants and the public can view the entries online any time and at any place. 

To participate in this competition, interested individuals are to submit photographs of BCA Green Mark buildings. They can pick a green building from the list of Green Mark buildings from BCA’s Green Mark search directory (http://greenmark.sg/search.php) or on the list available on the competition website before heading down to the actual sites to take the photographs. Shortlisted photographs will be presented in the mosaic. The prizes for this photography competition are:

• 1st prize       : S$3,000
• 2nd prize      : S$2,000
• 3rd prize       : S$1,000
• 10 merit prizes of S$200 each

This mosaic, together with the winning photographs, will form a miniature photography exhibition at BCA’s last Green Building Exhibition in September 2011. 

In addition, there will be weekly prizes to be won as well as a “Guess the Green Building” contest on the BCA Green Building Facebook page to engage the public.
