Project Description
One George Street is a 23-storey office building with a 5-storey podium and a basement and ancillary facilities located at Singapore's Central Business District. Designed with energy efficiency, sustainability and user comfort in mind, the features include an energy efficient facade system and rooftop gardens.
Green Features:
- A state-of-the-art facade system which allows optimum daylight penetration while reducing glare and heat transmission
- Extensive use of landscaping and skygardens to reduce ambient air temperature
- The building is also structurally designed to allow future extension floors. This eliminated the need to demolish and rebuild in the future
