Project Description
Wang Jing Mall is located at the 4th ring road, North East of Beijing. Total GFA is 88,046 m2 that comprises of Zone A & B (Basement 2 to 4 storey) and Zone C (Basement 2 to 11 storey). The trade mix includes supermarket, food kiosk, foodcourt, fashion, kids wear, KTV and Gym.
Green Features:
- Monthly Monitoring of Energy and Gas Consumption as well as Energy Efficiency Targets.
- Glass facades to allow for daylighting to reduce energy consumption for lighting during the day.
